Jakarta, June 7, 2024 - Erajaya Food & Nourishment continues its innovation in the F&B sector by launching a new brand line called Curry Up. Through a collaboration with Anders Hospitality Group, the Curry Up restaurant is now officially open at ASHTA District 8, offering a new concept that celebrates the diversity of world cultures through the unique presentation of curry dishes.
Curry dishes have a long journey across various cultural landscapes worldwide. Originating from India, curry then traveled to other countries such as Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and others, eventually transforming and adopting the unique characteristics and flavors of each nation. This journey inspired Curry Up to contribute to building a curry culture in Indonesia by inviting visitors to taste the distinctive flavors of this globally recognized dish, from the classic chocolate curry of Japan to the richly spiced rogan josh of India. Each curry sauce is specially crafted to capture the essence of its country of origin, blended with global tastes.
"Curry dishes are one of the comfort foods favored by people from various backgrounds. Through our new brand, Curry Up, we invite visitors to explore the unique, aromatic, and flavorful curry dishes from around the world in one place. With the concept we present, Curry Up will cater to different visitor preferences and become a perfect place for guests to enjoy curry dishes with friends or family," said Gabrielle Halim, CEO of Erajaya Food & Nourishment.
To encourage visitors to explore curry dishes, Curry Up introduces the “Build-Your-Own” Curry concept, where visitors can experiment by choosing from various curry sauces, rice options, and protein selections. Curry Up also strives to cater to a wide range of customers, including offering vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options.
In addition to a variety of curry dishes, Curry Up also offers appetizing starters such as Cheesy Arancini Balls, Samosa, Chicken Karaage, along with a selection of cold beverages, Lassi, and 100% Arabica coffee. All these dishes are available starting from just Rp 30,000.
During the grand opening period from June 7 - 21, 2024, visitors who make a minimum transaction of Rp 500,000 will receive a gift voucher worth Rp 50,000.
