DJI Avata 2 comes with several enhancements, including the Super Wide Angle 12 CMOS 1/1.3-inch camera sensor capable of producing videos with resolutions up to 4K/60fps and support for the D-Log M 10-bit color mode, which records color information for video editing processes. The Super-Wide lens with a field of view of up to 155° allows drone pilots to capture close-range shots and gain unique perspectives.

The video produced from DJI Avata 2's aerial maneuvers will maintain its stability thanks to DJI's flagship stabilization algorithms: DJI RockSteady stabilizes vibrations even at high speeds or windy conditions, while DJI HorizonSteady locks the image to the horizon line even during sharp turns or swings. Even when these two stabilization features are disabled, DJI Avata 2 supports Gyroflow, which aids in stabilizing the footage during the video editing phase in post-production.

Drone pilots now have more time to fly DJI Avata 2 and record their acrobatic maneuvers for up to 23 minutes[1]. The support for Power Delivery (PD) fast charging allows this drone to be quickly recharged so it can fly again soon. The Two-Way Charging Hub features power accumulation capabilities to transfer remaining power from multiple batteries to one battery with the highest power for urgent needs.

DJI ensures support for O4 video transmission technology to DJI Avata 2, which has a maximum video transmission range of 13 kilometers1 with low latency of up to 24 milliseconds1. Thus, drone pilots no longer need to worry about the risk of connection interference when DJI Avata 2 is airborne.
