First up is Fresh Baked Goods, showcasing a wide selection of Indonesian traditional childhood treats re-imagined with a modern flair, all prepared using the finest ingredients. Following this is Savory Comfort Meals, where a variety of traditional Nusantara comfort dishes inspired by the chefs’ heirloom recipes are elevated with contemporary cooking techniques and stylish presentations.
With a signature touch of bakery creations, Fresh Baked Goods offers the latest innovations that resonate deeply with Indonesians. Patrons can choose from the buttery Nastar Croissant, filled with tangy pineapple jam and crunchy peanuts; the sweet Unti Kelapa Pandan Custard, featuring a flaky pastry with grated coconut; the Jasuke Danish, crusty danish with sweet corn, sweet condensed milk and grated cheese, topped with caramel popcorn; or the Martabak Pandan Pastry, a special rendition of Indonesia’s beloved pancake, combining pandan custard, chocolate, cheese, sweet condensed milk, peanuts and sesame seeds layered within a delicious danish.
