Jakarta, December 12, 2025 – Urban Republic, part of Erajaya Active Lifestyle [Stock Code: ERAL], has officially expanded its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program titled UR Zero Waste to Surabaya and Bali, after previously running in the Jakarta area. This program encourages the Active Generation to care for the environment by reducing electronic waste (e-waste) through donating used gadgets, which will later be safely recycled by licensed waste management partners.
The UR Zero Waste initiative aligns with Erajaya Active Lifestyle’s commitment to the Smart Ecosystem Preservation pillar and supports ESG practices covering waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainable supply chains. As a multibrand lifestyle gadget store, Urban Republic recognizes that environmental responsibility does not end with selling products but also includes managing end-of-life gadgets.
“UR Zero Waste is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to creating a smart and sustainable lifestyle ecosystem. By expanding this program to Surabaya and Bali, we aim to amplify the positive impact that can be generated by the Active Generation. Every donated gadget brings benefits to both the environment and society. Major change begins with small steps taken together,” said Djohan Sutanto, CEO of Erajaya Active Lifestyle.
