Jakarta, 25 Februari 2020 - CSR Erajaya Group through the Smart Lantern program or better known as the EMiL (Erajaya Micro Learning) program again provided training to vocational teachers in the DKI Jakarta area on Tuesday (25/02). The training entitled "Train for Trainer: Digital Learning with EMiL" was held in the Hall of SMKN 2 Jakarta.
A total of 16 teachers from 7 vocational schools in the DKI region attended this training event. The training event was held with the aim of introducing EMiL to Vocational Teachers especially in Business and Management. In addition, this training also aims to improve the competence of teachers so that they are more fluent in using technology in learning with their students.
The training was divided into 4 sessions and materials. The first is the Get on Apps session, where the training Facilitator and participants learn about using the EMiL application, from downloading, installing, registering, to logging in to EMiL. The second session was Discover Apps, where participants were invited to dissect EMiL and its superior features. Next, in the third session, Explore Curriculum, teachers learn together and see the suitability of modules and learning materials in EMiL and are associated with the business world and the industrial world (du / di). In the final session, the Teachers were invited to practice directly with Erajaya Trainer in the form of roleplay on how to become a good ERO (Erajaya Representative Officer) to be taught to their students.
The participants were very enthusiastic and eager to follow each session and use EMiL in digital learning. In the future, it is not only the learning process that can be done through EMiL. However EMiL also provides opportunities for vocational students in Business and Management for Internships and is recruited through the EMiL Application.
Hopefully this training can be useful for Teachers and students going forward and further advancing vocational schools. Vocational Schools Can! Great Vocational School!
