Jakarta, October 26, 2021 – LENTERA Erajaya Peduli through the Erajaya Micro Learning (EMIL) Apps, a learning platform in collaboration with the Erajaya Group with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, has graduated 62 students of Field Work Practice (Internship) from Vocational High Schools in DKI Jakarta and West Java Provinces. This activity aims to improve the competence of teachers and students of Vocational High Schools in the fields of business and management. EMIL Erajaya Internship Batch 2 has been held in August - October 2021.
This hybrid Internship program is part of Erajaya Group's commitment to social responsibility which is integrated with business strategy. Through the EMIL platform, Internship in many places that are still constrained by the pandemic, can be run continuously. The learning process can still be done online, supported by trainers from Erajaya, and Internship’s participants can directly practice their learning outcomes. The activities such as observations at Erajaya Retail Group outlets, social media promotion, roleplay selling, and other activities will prepare participants to enter the business-industrial world after graduation.
Previously, LENTERA Erajaya Peduli had carried out EMIL PKL Batch 1 in April – June 2021 and had graduated 8 students. In addition, various other activities such as the socialization of the EMIL Application, workshops, training and digital marketing seminars for teachers and students in several cities in Indonesia have also been carried out.
