On January 27, 2023 - Erajaya Digital opens the year 2023 by inaugurating 6 new iBox outlets in Gresik, Jember, Kupang, Makassar, Sidoarjo and Surabaya, continuing its commitment to expand its retail footprint in Indonesia. The opening of these new outlets is aimed to ensure customers can easily access Apple products, as well as other devices such as accessories and IoT products that are original, legal, and protected with official warranty.

Some interesting facts about these new stores include iBox Lippo Mall Kupang being the first iBox store in Nusa Tenggara Timur province, and iBox Lippo Plaza Jember being the first in Jember, East Java. Additionally, iBox Mall Ratu Indah Makassar is the largest and most complete iBox store on Sulawesi Island.
