Jakarta, 15 April 2023 – PT Erablu Elektronik, a joint venture between Erajaya Digital Indonesia and Mobile World Group Vietnam, invites its business partners to jointly develop the Indonesian electronics industry. This was raised at the "Erablue Partner Gathering" event which was held in Jakarta, 12 April 2023. The event which was attended by 62 suppliers of the electronics retail industry was held by Erablue to introduce the company's vision, mission and values to business partners and build long-term relationships. Also attending the event were Budiarto Halim, President Director of Erajaya Group, Nguyen Duc Tai, Chairman of MWG, Ta Van Thong, Ambassador of Vietnam to Indonesia, along with the board of directors from Erajaya, MWG and Erablue.
Nguyen Duc Tai, Chairman Mobile World Group, said, " Erablue has the potential to repeat MWG's success in Vietnam by focusing on and implementing policies regarding after-sales service. Erablue is committed to providing after-sales service with unprecedented service. This includes free delivery and installation within one day of purchase, and one-to-one product replacement within 15 days of purchase for consumer electronics and small home appliances. In addition, Erablue closely coordinates with brand principals regarding fast product warranty responses to reduce the time usually required for repairs. Currently, Erablue already has 5 stores in the Tangerang area, namely Ciledug, Ciputat, BSD and Pamulang.
