The collaboration for bundled data packages with operators has been ongoing since 2016, starting with Indosat, followed by XL Axiata, Telkomsel, and Smartfren. Telecommunications operators prepare special packages exclusively offered at Erajaya Digital stores with more attractive benefits, such as data volume and voice call duration.
This bundled offer is provided through a contract system for both postpaid and prepaid numbers with various installment options up to 24 months. Customers can also receive benefits for their existing numbers through a data plan change process.
To avail this bundled offer, customers can visit Erafone, Erafone & More, iBox, Samsung Store by Erafone, and Xiaomi Store. One of the promotions, for example, is the year-end holiday promo valid until December 31, 2023, offering a 50GB data package per month from Indosat for around Rp40,000*.
