Erajaya Digital Officially Opens the First Marshall Monobrand Store in Indonesia

Surabaya, 19 November 2025 – Erajaya Digital has officially opened the Marshall Brand Store at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, Level 1, marking the launch of the first standalone Marshall monobrand store in Indonesia. Located in one of Surabaya’s premium shopping malls, the 15 m² store represents the next step following Marshall’s previous introduction through a Store-in-Store (SiS) concept at erafone & more Dago Bandung. The presence of the Marshall Brand Store in Surabaya reinforces Erajaya Digital’s commitment to expanding its premium audio portfolio while delivering a closer and more immersive Marshall brand experience for customers, particularly in East Java and surrounding regions.

The opening of the Marshall Brand Store marks an important milestone in Erajaya Digital’s retail development strategy, especially in the premium audio segment. By introducing a monobrand format, Erajaya Digital not only expands its distribution reach but also creates a more focused and curated space to fully showcase Marshall’s identity, sound character, and iconic design.

The official store is designed to provide a comprehensive product exploration experience. The store area is divided into three main zones: Homeline III, Portable Speaker, and Headphone & True Wireless Stereo (TWS). This zoning allows customers to directly try various Marshall product lines and understand the sound characteristics, design, and features of each device before making a purchase decision.

As part of its long-term business strategy, the opening of the Marshall Brand Store in Surabaya further strengthens Erajaya Digital’s focus on developing category-based thematic retail. This expansion into a strategic region reflects the company’s commitment to increasing market penetration, strengthening an integrated retail ecosystem, and delivering added value through a more personal, curated, and immersive shopping experience.

The store opening atmosphere was lively, featuring a DJ performance that represented the energy and distinctive character of the Marshall brand. Visitors also had the opportunity to participate in product experience sessions, where they could directly experience the sound quality of various Marshall speaker and headphone lines in an environment optimally designed for audio exploration.
