Furthermore, customers can come directly to Erafone outlets, iBox, Samsung Store by NASA, Xiaomi Reseller Store, Huawei Experience Store and operator stores managed by Erajaya to carry out the upgrade process. This program applies to all smartphone products with a minimum price of IDR 3,000,000.
Keep Upgrading! now available at iBox, Samsung Store by NASA, Xiaomi Reseller Store, Huawei Experience Store by Erajaya, operator stores managed by Erajaya Group, and all Erafone outlets*. This program has collaborated with financing partners, such as Kredivo, Home Credit Indonesia, Indodana, and Payku. Apart from that, keep upgrading! also cooperates with Trade-in Plus, TecProtec as a repair service protection partner, bank partners through the use of Credit Cards, and telecommunication operator partners.
The TecProtec Pro Classic 12 protection program is also included in the monthly instalments. This program is here to ensure the protection of the upgraded smartphone against accidental damage including liquid damage.
Through collaboration with bank partners, customers can enjoy 0% instalments for up to 12 months and free service fees using credit cards at BCA, BNI, BRI, BSI, CIMB Niaga, Citibank, Digibank, HSBC, Mandiri, Maybank, PermataBank & UOB**.
