Product orders can be made through the WhatsApp application or through the online to offline (O2O) facility from eraspace.com which then goods and shipments will be processed from the store chosen by the Customer.
To speed up the ordering and shipping process, WhatsApp Center Erafone is divided into four Areas with four different WA numbers, namely:

To make it easier for consumers to search for selected products, Erajaya Retail Group issues an e-Catalog that contains information about applicable products, prices, and promos. This e-Catalog in PDF format has a hotlink where if the WA number is clicked it will be directly connected to the WA Center chat for each area or ERICA. The complete product portfolio can be obtained through this e-Catalog, namely smartphones of all brands (Samsung, iPhone, OPPO, VIVO, Xiaomi, Huawei, Realme, Nokia, Honor, Asus), electrical and wearable accessories, lifestyle technology products (Internet of Things) , Home Appliances and Gaming products, SIM Card and Telkomsel refill products, Indosat Ooredoo, XL and Smartfren, as well as products for TecProtec repair and replacement.
There are two payment methods for ordering goods through WhatsApp Center. First, through a bank transfer to the BCA account of PT Erafone Artha Retailindo no. rek 268 303 3308 BCA Muwardi Branch. Once verified, items will be sent immediately. Second through a Credit Card or Debit Card where outlet personnel will come to the Consumer's address by bringing a mobile EDC machine to make payment transactions, then the goods are sent by other outlet personnel. Consumers can also make transactions through eraspace.com and if the distance of the Customer to the store is less than 10km, an EraXpress shipping feature will appear where the goods will be processed at the store and sent directly by the outlet personnel to the Consumer's address without additional shipping costs. The concept of Online to Offline (O2O) was designed by Erajaya for the flexibility and convenience of consumers, so that consumers can get products quickly and safely.
In order to maintain health and comfort, the outlet personnel team that delivers goods is equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes the use of masks, gloves, and sanitizers when sending goods to Consumers.
