Jakarta, February 12, 2018 - In order to comply with Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 31 / POJK.04 / 2015 on Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Company hereby announces that the Company hereby informed that on February 8, 2018, the Company has signed a credit agreement with Bank BCA amounting to Rp 1,475,000,000,000 (one trillion and four hundred seventy five billion Rupiah). The additional loan facilities obtained by the Company will be used as working capital of the Company.
