Jakarta, January 30, 2018 - In order to comply with Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 31 / POJK.04 / 2015 on Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Company hereby announces that the Company hereby informed that the Company has obtained a loan facility from PT Bank CTBC Indonesia amounting to Rp250,000,000,000, - (two hundred and fifty billion Rupiah). The loan facilities obtained by the Company will be used to conduct the Company's operational activities.
