The interior is adorned with the Maison’s distinctive design elements, inspired by the brand’s Moroccan heritage and birthplace. Aristocratic grandeur is expressed through carved and painted cedar wood ceilings, black and white chequered marble floors, geometric patterned trellises, and carved cedar wood, while coffee from 35 of the world’s most celebrated regions is poured from gold coffee pots into cups of bone china, served with sophistication, attention and grace of expert Coffee Masters. At Bacha Coffee Plaza Indonesia, coffee gastronomy takes centre stage through a specially curated menu of bold flavours and thoughtful pairings. Begin with the Wagyu striploin steak French toast sandwich, layered with cream cheese, caramelised onions, and sweet gherkins, served alongside fresh greens drizzled with honey balsamic vinaigrette. For a heartier option, the Scorched asparagus French toast sandwich weaves together roasted portobello mushrooms, halloumi, avocado, caramelised onion, and dill hummus, and is served with a refreshing side salad. Sweeten the experience with the indulgent Crème Brûlée Seville Orange Coffee paired with almond biscotto, or the refreshing Strawberry Sorbet.
