Jakarta, December 2019 - PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk (Erajaya Group), the largest company engaged in the importers, distribution and telecommunications device retailers in Indonesia, informed that during 2019, Erajaya Group had launched a total of 252 outlets which made a total of 1,049 outlets spread throughout Indonesia. The outlets under Erajaya Retail Group include: Erafone, iBox, Urban Republic, MI Store, Samsung Experience Store by NASA, OPPO Store, Vivo Store, Huawei Store and operator stores, namely Indosat Ooredoo Store, XPlore, and Telkomsel Grapari.
Growth in the number of new outlets owned by Erajaya Group increased 30% compared to the previous year. In 2018, Erajaya Group launched 194 outlets. This is done in accordance with the company's commitment to continue to add more outlets in Indonesia, especially in the second and third-tier cities.
Along with the increasing number of outlets that are very aggressive, Erajaya Group also offers innovations in order to increase the convenience of shopping for consumers. The innovation is an O2O omnichannel service (offline to online and online to offline) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program called EraClub that will provide benefits exclusively for Erajaya Group customers.
