Banten, 14 September 2026 – Access to and the effective use of technology have become important aspects of supporting the learning process in the digital era. Recognizing this need, erafone, through its Digital Empowerment for Schools program, provided basic computer training and technology equipment support to SD Islam & Madrasah Diniyah Sarul Ulum Blok Brebes Panimbang, Banten, as part of the Festival Belanja erafone (FBe) 2026 series.

Through this program, erafone delivered Basic Computer Training for teachers and/or students at SD Islam & Madrasah Diniyah Sarul Ulum Blok Brebes Panimbang. The training was designed to help participants better understand the use of digital devices and technology, enabling them to support their day-to-day learning activities more effectively. In addition to the training, erafone also provided technology equipment and supporting learning facilities to help the school meet its digital infrastructure needs. Overall, the Digital Empowerment for Schools program will reach six schools across several regions in Indonesia, including Bogor, Banten, Bantul, Lumajang, Jayapura, and Central Aceh.

“Through the Digital Empowerment for Schools program, we want to bring the ‘Lebih Baik’ spirit of Festival Belanja erafone into a form of contribution that can create a tangible impact on education. We believe that digital empowerment is not only about providing devices, but also about ensuring that the technology can be utilized effectively to support teaching and learning. Therefore, we provide both training and technology equipment that can be used to support learning needs,” said Joy Wahjudi, CEO of Erajaya Digital.

As part of this initiative, erafone also donated technology equipment to support digital learning needs at SD Islam & Madrasah Diniyah Sarul Ulum Blok Brebes Panimbang. The donated equipment included several technology devices, such as laptops, TVs, and other supporting learning facilities. This support is expected to help the school meet its digital learning infrastructure needs while providing students and teachers with broader access to technology for teaching and learning activities.

Slamet Purwadi, Head of Channel Regional 5 Erajaya Digital, said, “We recognize that every school has different needs and challenges when adopting technology for learning activities. Therefore, through Digital Empowerment for Schools, we strive to be closer to schools and gain a direct understanding of their needs. We hope this program can provide relevant and practical support, while also creating opportunities for schools to continue developing the use of technology in teaching and learning activities.”

“The assistance and training provided through this program have been very helpful in supporting learning activities at Madrasah Diniyah Sarul Ulum. With devices that can be used directly, along with guidance on how to utilize technology, teachers and students have the opportunity to become more familiar with and use technology as part of the learning process. We appreciate erafone’s attention to the needs of education and hope that this support will provide long-term benefits for the madrasah,” said Asep Sadikin, S. Ag., M. Pd., Head of Madrasah Diniyah Sarul Ulum Blok Brebes Panimbang.

This program is part of erafone’s commitment to creating a broader impact through Festival Belanja erafone 2026. In line with the spirit of “Lebih Dekat, Lebih Lengkap, Lebih Baik,” erafone not only offers customers an engaging experience and attractive offers, but also strives to share its benefits through initiatives that support the needs of communities.
