Bandung, August 14th 2026 – Following a strategic partnership with the Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park (Tahura) established in 2025, Erajaya Group continues to strengthen its commitment to environmental conservation through the revitalization of the Tonjong Nursery Facility as a supporting facility for the implementation of the Wana Erajaya program. This initiative marks an important step in establishing the foundation for a conservation program that not only focuses on tree planting activities, but also strengthens the forest rehabilitation ecosystem in a sustainable manner through 2027.

The Wana Erajaya program is a long-term conservation initiative developed through a collaboration between Erajaya Group and the Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park. As part of the program's implementation, tree planting activities had been carried out across 4 hectares of conservation area as of 2025. Entering its next stage of development, Erajaya Group is focusing its efforts on strengthening conservation infrastructure through the revitalization of the Tonjong Nursery Facility, including nursery facilities and supporting buildings to facilitate the rehabilitation of the area.

With a capacity of up to 10,000 tree seedlings, the Tonjong Nursery Facility will play an important role in the area's rehabilitation cycle, from the provision and maintenance of seedlings to planting activities in areas covered by the Wana Erajaya program. The facility is expected to support a more well-planned and sustainable supply of seedlings as the program develops and the rehabilitation area expands. The development of the nursery facility has also received appreciation from the UPTD of the Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park as part of efforts to strengthen the rehabilitation capacity of the conservation area.

"The revitalization of the Tonjong Nursery Facility is highly significant for the Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park. As a conservation area, maintaining vegetation continuity and restoring degraded land are efforts that need to be carried out sustainably. Through this revitalization, the capacity to produce quality forest seedlings, including hardwood species native to West Java, can be strengthened to support area rehabilitation.

We hope this collaboration will not only result in tree planting activities, but also contribute to the restoration of the Tahura ecosystem as part of the green area that supports the environment of Greater Bandung. We also see Erajaya Group's commitment through the active involvement of its management and employees in supporting these conservation efforts," said Teuku Ivan Hadriyana, S.Hut., Forest Ecosystem Controller at UPTD of the Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park.

The revitalization of the Tonjong Nursery Facility represents one of the strategic stages in the Wana Erajaya roadmap toward its target of rehabilitating a total area of 10 hectares by 2027. Going forward, the seedlings produced at the facility will be gradually utilized to support reforestation activities as the rehabilitation area expands. These efforts are expected to contribute to enhancing biodiversity and carbon absorption within the conservation area.

"For Erajaya Group, sustainability is a long-term commitment realized through initiatives that deliver lasting benefits. The revitalization of the Tonjong Nursery Facility is an important part of the Wana Erajaya journey with the Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park.

We hope this facility can continue to be utilized and developed alongside the progress of the program, so that the contribution we are making today can provide lasting benefits to the Tahura area and its surrounding environment, while also becoming part of a positive legacy for future generations," said Jimmy Peranginangin, Group Chief of HC, GA, Litigation & CSR at Erajaya.

The revitalization of the Tonjong Nursery Facility reflects Erajaya Group's approach to advancing its sustainability commitment by supporting the conservation ecosystem in a more comprehensive manner. By strengthening the nursery facility as part of the area's rehabilitation infrastructure, the Wana Erajaya program is expected to continue growing and contributing to the long-term preservation of the Ir. H. Djuanda Grand Forest Park.
