Wana Erajaya
Strengthen steps for conservation, rehabilitation, preservation, through the "Wana Erajaya" program, the rehabilitation of forest areas and biodiversity covering an area of 6 Ha in Rumpin District since 2018, and these steps are not limited to tree planting, but also maintenance and monitoring until 2023.

Since 2018, Erajaya Group with Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (BDLHK) has carried out conservation and rehabilitation of a 6 Ha forest area through 3 phases of planting various types of plants such as Mahogany (Swietenia mahagoni), Agathis (Agathis dammara), Acacia (Acacia mangium) and Endemic trees in Rumpin District, Bogor Regency. This activity is the pilot project of the Erajaya Group in carrying out an environmental conservation approach as well as empowering the economy of communities around the forest by utilizing non-timber forest products. Currently the project has entered its fourth year while continuing to monitor, maintain and replanting regularly.

The Rumpin Eco Edu Forest program is a form of the Company's support in maintaining the balance of the environmental ecosystem under the of the “Lentera Hijau” program. In this program, Erajaya Group and Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (BDLHK) collaborated to develop the Training Forest Area in Rumpin, Bogor Regency, which was inaugurated in June 2021. Through the REEF program, we hope that the Rumpin Training Forest will not only be used as a learning facilities for formal training participants but also for society . With this cooperation, the movement and progress of the community will be more dynamic in moving social and economic aspect.

Through education and campaigns, we hope not only to help save the Earth from scarcity of clean water sources, but also to reduce the costs from using energy and water to make it more efficient.

We are also realized that Erajaya Group's operational activities generate solid waste. if not managed properly, can have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore, we have implemented a go green initiative at all Erajaya outlets by no longer using plastic bags for consumers.

Supporting recycling and product innovation from organic waste in community since 2021

Erajaya Group has successfully implemented a program to convert organic waste into eco-enzymes. This initiative is one of the manifestations of the pillars of LENTERA Erajaya Peduli, called Lentera Hijau and completed a pilot project launched in December 2021. This program manages and processes vegetable and fruit waste through a fermentation process, to turn it into green products with many benefits to Environment. In collaboration with Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (BDLHK), the eco-enzyme program has been produced has 200 liters of eco-enzyme from the processing of kitchen waste from farmer groups in the Wana Erajaya Area, Rumpin, Bogor Regency.
